No. Frontier Pay is not a Bank. Frontier Pay is an Authorised EMI (Electronic Money Institution) institution, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority(FCA) in the UK. We provide bank-like service but we are not a traditional bank.

All outgoing payments can be made via our sophisticated online payment Portal. Our online Portal can be accessed via Web or mobile App. Simply go to the “Payments” or “Transfers” section, enter the recipient details, amount, and currency, then confirm the transaction.

Yes, you can send international payments. FX conversion fees are applied and communicated to you in advance of booking a trade. Typically FX fees are agreed with you at the time of onboarding or at the time of booking trades. Our FX rates are competitive and sometimes even better then the high street Banks.
Yes. Frontier Pay allows users (especially businesses) to hold multiple sub-accounts in different currencies and pay directly from them, avoiding conversion costs.
